I have read and agree with the Registration, Payment, and Cancellation policies described below.

Registration Policies

The Wilderness Within (WW) fills courses on a first-come, first-serve basis. The only way to reserve a place on a specific program is with a non-refundable $200.00 deposit. Please register early to secure your place. Wilderness Within reserves the right to screen potential participants in order to be sure that our programs are appropriate for each individual. WW courses can be challenging on a number of levels: physical, emotional, and psychological. Often, it is these challenges that present participants with the greatest gifts. Still, in the interest of everyone involved WW must make sure (to the best of our ability) that each participant is in good physical, emotional, and mental health. WW reserves the right to refuse anyone from our programs based on our assessment of that personâ€™s compatibility with the nature of the program applied for. (Please note that our assessment of â€œprogram compatibilityâ€ varies greatly depending on the type of program applied for).

* If you are not accepted to one of our trips based on our assessment, all payments that you have made will be fully refunded (deposit included).

Payment Policies

A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is due along with your application. Your space cannot be held without payment of this deposit. Your deposit is counted towards the balance of the full tuition.

Full tuition is due no later than 5 weeks prior to the start date of the program you are applying for.

If you are applying less than 5 weeks before the start date of the program then you must pay the full tuition along with your application.

Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a WW trip, we will do our best to refund as much of your payment as possible based on the following criteria:

All deposits are non-refundable with ONLY three exceptions: 1) WW decides that the applicant is not a good match for our program based on above criteria, or for any other reason. 2) The trip is cancelled by WW for any reason. 3) The program fills prior to the time that WW receives your deposit.
If you cancel your enrollment 10 or more weeks prior to the start date of the program WW will refund your full payment (your deposit will be held).
If you cancel your enrollment 5 or more weeks prior to the start date of the program WW will refund 50% of your full payment (deposit will be held).
If you cancel your enrollment less than 5 weeks prior to the start date of the program WW will keep the full payment and deposit.
For cancellations less than 5 weeks prior to the start date: the participant may use their held payment and deposit as a credit towards another WW program that is offered within the next 12 month period. After 12 months the payment cannot be used as credit on any other course.
All time limits and other criteria outlined within this Cancellation Policy are strictly adhered to.

If finances are an issue for you, please know that WW does not want to turn-away applicants for lack of funds. If you are unable to pay the full cost of tuition by the date it is due, please contact us, we are more than happy to arrange plans for incremental and late payments. We are committed to doing whatever we can to make our programs work for anyone who is interested.
